2. Returns & Exchanges

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

  • Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Certain goods are not eligible for return, including but not limited to: Items marked “Final Sale.”

3. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only available for defective or damaged items. To request an exchange for the same product, please contact us at vfxballs@vfxballs.com.

5. Shipping & Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning an item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product).

  • We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.

6. Taxes, Duties & Import Fees

  • All prices displayed on our website are exclusive of taxes, customs duties, import fees, tariffs, and related charges, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • The buyer is solely responsible for paying any applicable local sales tax, VAT/GST, customs duties, import fees, brokerage charges, or other costs imposed by the destination country.

  • We are not responsible for delays, holds, or refusals by customs authorities. If you refuse to pay duties/taxes and the item is returned to us, any applicable return shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

6B. Taxes, IN ICELAND

  • Sales tax in our home country of Iceland is included for local purchases. 

7. Non-Delivery & Wrong Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

  • We are not liable for non-delivery due to errors in the shipping information provided by the customer.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
